We strive to optimize the well-being of our patients through customized treatment plans created based on each individual’s needs.

Each patient will work one on one with one of our highly trained therapists for their entire treatment session tailored to achieving the patient’s goals. We work with our patients to get them back to the activities they love and regain their independence.

We prioritize patient education about injuries and the healing process to enable patients to be active participants in their rehabilitation journey.

Our therapists will constantly be re-evaluating and assessing your injury and needs to treat the cause of the problems and not just the symptoms.

Our individualized, one-on-one patient care for your entire visit is what sets us apart from the other clinics in Fremont County.

Patient Testimonials

  • “I recently had hip replacement surgery, and several friends recommended Wind River Physical Therapy for my rehab. I am so thankful they did! The folks at WRPT are kind, professional, knowledgeable and fun! I never had to share my therapy sessions with anyone and truly felt like Ty and Susanne were tuned in to me the whole session. More importantly, my rehab was a big success because they know what they are doing! Therapy was never hectic, painful or rushed, just helpful. I would recommend these fine folks to anyone looking to heal correctly from an injury or surgery. Thank you WRPT!” - Lucy Cone

  • “I am so impressed with the one on one care from this clinic. Finally a clinic more concerned about patient care than dollars. I highly recommend this group.” - Vicki Farris

  • Ty Francis and his crew at Wind River Physical Therapy took great care of my husband and me over the years. I recommend them highly for their knowledge and for their one-on-one care. Ty has special training in neurological and brain trauma patients, which really helped my husband delay his symptoms for many years. I also have gone there for relatively minor, nagging problems. Thanks to them, I was able to resume cross country skiing after 15 years of not skiing. -- Marjane Ambler
