TY FRANCIS

PT, MPT, ATC, CSCS, Owner

Ty attended the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota, where he received a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy in 2003 and a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training in 2001. He played football at the University of Mary and continues to remain active with fitness training, triathlon, biking, hiking, and rock climbing. Ty participated in the 2021 Ironman World Championships in St. George, Utah. Ty values one-on-one patient care and strives to educate patients on the nature of the injury, anatomy, biomechanics, and the steps of the rehabilitation process. Ty has extensive training in shoulder and upper extremity rehabilitation; total joint replacement; orthopedic surgery rehabilitation; sports rehab; run training; gait mechanics; and vestibular rehabilitation.

Advanced training and Certifications:

  • Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)

  • Certified in Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA)

  • Certificate of Completion from Duke University in Vestibular Rehabilitation including treatment of vertigo and dizziness

  • LSVT BIG Certified for Parkinson’s Rehab

 
 
 

Tanner Hoffmann PT, DPT

Tanner attended Texas State University, in the heart of the Lone Star State, where he received a Bachelor’s in Exercise Sports Science in 2015 and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2018. Tanner enjoys connecting with his patients and getting to know them beyond their physical injuries/impairments. His goal is to give his patients power over their injuries through education so they can take a proactive approach to manage and prevent future injuries.

Tanner enjoys living an active lifestyle and going on adventures with his wife, whether it be hunting, fishing, hiking, or camping.

Erin Smiley, PT, DPT

Erin attended Andrews University in Berrien Springs, Michigan where she earned a Bachelor’s of Health Science degree in 2006 and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2009. She has spent the majority of her career working in outpatient orthopedics. She enjoys the opportunity to get to know each patient on a one-on-one basis and empower them to take control of the healing process through thorough education on their individual injury, anatomy, and biomechanics. Erin has a special interest in working with our military veterans and first responders.

When not in the clinic, Erin enjoys gardening, traveling, shooting sports, hiking, camping, and spending time with her husband and her dog, Captain.
